Birth Name: Mabel Melony Mayhorn
Stage Name: Maple Mondays
D/O/B and Location: May 8, 1990 / Kansas City, Kansas, United States
Flavor: Maple Nut
Appearance: Pleasantly Plump with a good 'ol Kansas tan. Her hair is short and brown, same color as her eyes. Mable's height is 5'9 and her weight... well, she likes to keep that a 'shush-shush'.
Personality: Mable seems not to have a care in the world. She may dress like a up-tight, stuck-up gal, but she's nothing like that. Kind, helpful, and the last person to judge anyone, Mable likes a normal, quiet evening but doesn't mind a party or two. She's not very touchy on certain things and it would take a lot of poking around to set her off. She likes keeping her private life to herself- her past, what she does when she isn't working... The less you know about a person, the better! She's the first to make jokes about herself. Some say it's to stop anyone from actually making fun of her. She loves sugary foods, but not so much sharing them.
Special: Her mother taught her how to sing, and her father taught her how to speak out for herself. Mable managed to use both to her advantage, singing about what she feels, what goes on in the world, and what NEEDS to be said. Nothing cheers this girl up like singing some blues, jazz, and indie.
Likes: Rainy days, music, sweets, compliments, drawing (dress design ideas), writing songs, fancy dresses, puppies, Soap Operas
Dislikes: Horror movies, rats, losing her voice, high-heel shoes, a rude audience, 'boos', nosy people, bullies, being 'shushed', small rooms
Back-story: Mable was once a very poor girl who had been picked on constantly. She lived with her mother, her father, and her grandmother (a miserable lady that was Mable's main tormentor). Often going to bed crying, Mable's only comfort was when her mother sang her to sleep. Such a pretty voice... The mother of Mable's mother hated music with a passion and would hit Mable and her mother with a wooden cane to stop them from even humming. One day Mable's father sat Mable down and told her that she should tell her grandmother off. It was abuse, something had to be said. After that, Miss Mayhorn wrote down all her anger and frustration towards bullies and her grandmother in song. With her grandmother deceased and Mable graduated from High School, 'Maple Mondays' persuade her dream of singing by moving out of Kansas and being hired by the Creamery.
-She's very claustrophobic. Another form of torment from her grandmother was sticking Mable in a closet until her parents came home.
-She's allergic to onions and gets violently sick from drinking coffee.
-She designs and sews her own dresses.
-Her favorite chocolate bar is the Hershey Symphony Bar, and her favorite flowers are sunflowers.
-She tends to call everyone 'Shoog', 'Sugar', 'Sweetie', ect.
-She's usually the first to offer in paying the bill when out to eat. It helps reassure her that she has money now, and that she's not being given any handouts.
-Winter is her favorite season.
-After moving out of Kansas, she had a few boyfriends... But none made it after a month.
